On the 22nd February, 2020, Gregory Roe and Brook Phillips opened the doors of Boy Barbershop.
Bored of the 1920’s aesthetics, and the long wait times that dominated the barber industry at the time, they wanted something more for their clients…
So, they set out to create a modern and fresh version of what they thought a Barber shop should look and feel like… As a result, Boy Barbershop was born.

Our biggest mission when we conceptualised BOY was to create a barbershop that felt fresh and inviting to all walks of life.
We wanted to provide a product and a service that warranted the $40 bill at the end. That is still our biggest mission today.
